How It All Started
In 2004, Philippe and Frederique de Beer founded Park Lane Properties with a clear and ambitious vision: to offer exceptional real estate services based on trust, proximity, and a tailored approach. Faced with a Mauritian real estate market lacking an agency capable of delivering sincere and personalised support, they embarked on this journey with a strategically positioned small agency in Tamarin and boundless passion.
From the outset, the goal was to go beyond mere real estate transactions. It was about building solid and lasting relationships with clients, founded on transparency, attentive listening, and genuine human interaction.
In 2006, a second agency was opened in Grand Baie, strengthening the presence in the northern region of the island. Then, in 2009, the opening of a third agency in Floraal allowed coverage to expand to the central and southeastern regions. That same year, Brian Blatch, brother-in-law and shareholder since the agency’s inception, joined the venture as Executive Director. His integrity, expertise, and ability to nurture trust-based relationships have brought immense value to Park Lane Properties.
